3. Agreement
3.1 Purpose
These terms and conditions are a legal document that applies to any purchase on justalina.dk.
3.2 Effect
The customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions is considered to constitute a legally binding agreement between Just Alina and the customer.
3.3 Change
Just Alina reserves the right to change the terms of trade at any time. Likewise, Just Alina reserves the right to change the conditions according to changes in current legislation.
4. Ordering and Payment
Just Alina webshop is open 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop with us. It can see that the webshop is closed. This typically happens in connection with maintenance. You can shop when the webshop is available and you can always contact us during our opening hours. We strive to respond to all inquiries on the same day.
4.1 Who can shop at Just Alina
To shop with justalina.dk, you must be 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept in the shop. If you have not reached the age of 18, you can still shop with us if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

4.2 Ordering and Acceptance
Select the items you want to buy and place them in the “Shopping basket”. Up to the time of ordering, the contents of the shopping basket can be corrected, and you can regularly check the contents as well as the price of the goods.
Shipping and possibly other fee will first be calculated immediately before payment.
When you are ready to order, click on “Go to payment” (or equivalent). Register as a customer by entering name, address, e-mail and telephone / mobile no. or login with your existing account. Choose payment and delivery method.
You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Order and pay” button. Then your order goes on to Just Alina.
4.3 Confirmation of the order
Once you have ordered an item, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding agreement has only been entered into once you have received an order confirmation from us.
As soon as the order is shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent. Once the goods have been received by you as a customer, the agreement is considered to have been completed.
4.4 Payment
Payment at Just Alina’s webshop can be made by credit card, MobilePay or bank transfer. Invoice amount incl. freight and VAT are paid prior to shipment.
In the case of prepayment, the amount is included on the invoice and the balance is paid before dispatch.
Payment by credit card is not subject to a fee and the amount is only deducted upon dispatch.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Just Alina uses the freight companies GLS, PostNord, DAO and Bring for delivery in Denmark. Delivery to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and the rest of the world takes place, as far as possible, by air transport with PostNord.
Before sending, you will automatically receive an email from us with a tracking number. The movement of the package can also be followed via our freight booking supplier here .
Remember to pick up your order no later than 14 days after the time the package has arrived at the delivery point.
5.1 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are paid by the buyer and depend on the choice of shipping company. Delivery costs will always appear on the total in the Shopping Cart or on the payment summary.
There is free delivery in Denmark for purchases over DKK. 1.000,- for standard item. Delivery of tailor-made item is agreed upon order.
5.2 Delivery time
Delivery usually takes place within 2-5 working days after the order is received – shipping time must be expected depending on the place of delivery and the selected shipping company.
Item that is not in stock, the expected delivery time will appear on the item page. Unless otherwise stated, the expected delivery time is 3-6 weeks. Delivery time for Tailor-made clothing is agreed in more detail with Just Alina.
Just Alina is not responsible for any losses, additional costs or damages that occur as a result of a delayed delivery.
5.3 Pickup
Item can be picked up by appointment at Just Alina’s address, Galgehøj 6, DK-8700 Horsens.
6. Right of withdrawal and Return
6.1 Right of withdrawal
When you shop at justalina.dk, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day the item is received or picked up.
Upon receipt, the item must be examined and tested in such a way that it can be returned in the original packaging and unchanged condition.
There is NO right of withdrawal on tailor-made items, standard item changed according to specifications / wishes or embroidery.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item . You must fill out the return form in the webshop here or contact us if you want to cancel the purchase.
6.2 Return
When returning, you should make sure that the goods are properly packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly tracking number.
If you regret the purchase, you must pay the cost of returning the item. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and no later than 14 days after purchase. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for the purchase.
We allow partial return of items from an order. In the event of partial return, you will only receive a refund of the purchase value of the item.
6.3 Repayment
When we receive the item, we check it and you get a refund of the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.
The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment that was used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the value of the item is impaired. It can see in cases where:
- You have actually taken the item into use.
- The item has been damaged while you were in charge of it.
- You have handled the item in a different way than was necessary.
- You have not followed restrictions on the right of withdrawal.

7. Tolerance
The displayed product images of the individual garments may vary slightly in design and color, depending on the resolution of the computer screen. The color rendering should therefore be considered as indicative. If you want to see and feel the materials, feel free to visit Just Alina.
Our item is handmade and not mass produced. There may therefore be minor discrepancies in color and material, between the item image in the webshop and the item you receive. The material comes overtime from different rolls and therefore the color hue may vary slightly. Discontinued lace that has been replaced by similar lace in the same quality. Should you have any questions, you are of course welcome to contact us.
Tailor-made clothing is sewn to the measurements you specify. If you choose to have it sewn to your own measurements, these will be corrected according to the chosen model and agreement. Just Alina chooses the best solution for each unique garment.
8. Fit Guarantee
Just Alina offers a fit guarantee on tailor-made clothing.
The fit guarantee means that Just Alina adjusts an item completely free of charge if it does not fit. The fit guarantee only applies to tailor-made products and is only obtained by agreement with Just Alina.
9. Complaint
9.1 Treatment
When you shop at Just Alina as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered.

9.2 Shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, reasonable return shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, you must bear all shipping costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item.

11. Discrepancies
Purchase of goods onJust Alina ApS webshop is subject to Danish law, and any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts – the court in Horsens.
12. Other Reservations & Force Majeure
We make reservations for price changes, typing errors and sold out items.
In the event of war, natural disasters, conflicts in the labor market, interventions by local authorities, non-delivery of subcontractors, additional costs or similar incidents beyond the control of Just Alina, which we have not been able to foresee for good reason and which causes that we can not fulfill our obligations to the customer, Just Alina as a company can not be held responsible for various negligence.
